Terms & Conditions

Booking Requirements:  A non-refundable deposit of 30% is due upon signing this contract, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event. If the event is not paid in full by the due date, the DJ will not provide services and deposit will be forfeited by the client.
Payment can be made via cash, check or Venmo.

Services Provided: The DJ will provide entertainment services for the duration of the event as specified. The DJ will arrive at least 1-2 hours before the event start time for setup and sound check.

Performance Requirements: The DJ will play a variety of music genres as requested by the client or as appropriate for the event. The DJ will adhere to any specific playlists or song requests provided by the client in advance. The client will have all planning finalized within 7-10 days of the event to allow for adequate preparation.

Equipment and Setup: The DJ will provide appropriate setup for event (as discussed when booking), dance lights and  microphone. The client will provide adequate space, electricity and power outlets for setup. The client will provide protection from all elements of weather for DJ and all DJ equipment.
